Winter Break

In New York the kids get one week off of school for Winter Break.  Rodney had some business to take care of in Indianapolis so last minute the kids and I tagged along.  The city does wear on you after a while so it was a much needed break.  I was having so much fun, I hardly got my camera out at all....and I am so mad at myself for this.
Mick and Susie picked us up from the airport and they came inside to greet us.  Blake and Carly went running across the food court area to get to them.  Avery was a bit reserved but warmed up pretty quickly and went right to them as well.  We left the airport and went to Pittsboro to help Reid celebrate his birthday.  They were having a part at the school gym so this was a great release to three kids who had been traveling all day.  We had dinner with them before heading to Remington.
We had several visitors between my parents' house and Rodney's parents' house but the only time I got my camera out was for this visitor.  Please someone next time remind me to take pictures!!!!!

 Jenna and the kids came and visited for a day and I didn't take one single picture. But we had a great time with them.  Thanks Jenna for making the trip up to see us!  We also got to have lunch with Aunt Dee.  Avery made an immediate connection and barely left her side the whole time she was there.  When Aunt Dee went to leave, Avery started to cry.  So sweet!

Thanks Grandmas and Grandpas for helping so much with the kids and letting us invade your space for a few days.  We had a great time!
