We have been enjoying some relaxing weekends with nothing to do. This past weekend we had an extra day off for MLK day so we took advantage of it.
Soon after moving here we bought a family pass to the Museum of Natural History. Honestly it was not my first choice but Rodney talked me into it. I am glad we did it, it really is a neat place. It is HUGE so you have to choose an exhibit and kind of stick to that area if you really want to experience it. Blake has been really interested in space right now and Carly goes along with whatever he says so that is where we ended up.
Of course we had to stop for a snack...that is chocolate ice cream all over Blake's face.
We had a fun time and stopped for soup and sandwiches before going home. We walked to the museum through the park but by nightfall it was way too chilly so we cabbed it home which the kids love.
