Halloween was so much fun but unfortunately Blake had a bit of a hangover. He woke up on Tuesday morning with a full on rash. Monday night he had a small patch on his forehead so I gave him benadryl but it was only worse by Tuesday morning. Since it was a bit of a mystery (he has no known allergies), I kept him home from school to take him to the Dr.
Our Dr. was pretty sure it was an allergic reaction to his costume but to be safe she had me keep him home for a couple of days and monitor it. I took these pictures and emailed them to my girlfriend from Memphis who is a dermatologist. She agreed with the allergic reaction diagnosis.
He was pretty bored. We ran into one of his teachers at CVS while filling his prescription. She told him she would send home his work. So the next day Carly brought home some homework and books for him to work on.
One day he was tired of Avery standing in front of the TV so he sat in the middle of the room and just held on to her. He told me she was "SOOO annoying". Avery liked having him around.
